How to Use Your Mandala               Meditation, Healing, & Personal Growth

  A mandala is a form of yantra.  In Sanskrit, yantra means an “instrument” or “machine” used to help the mind balance and concentrate.  When used in meditation a yantra helps invoke a higher state of consciousness.  Yantras (and hence mandalas) are created with meaningful symbols, each representing an important aspect of being.

For further enlightenment and Tantra, (the result of the quest for enlightenment and spiritual knowledge and liberation), centering your energy on yantra and mantra, (the sound/symbol used to create transformation, ie. Chanting “ohm”) will help you on your own personal journey.

                                                        Yantra + Mantra = Tantra

Of course we are all different.  After researching and studying several ways to work on my own “enlightenment”, this was what I found to be most helpful and beneficial for my own path.  I hope it may help you or give you the tools for your own journey.
